From a technical perspective, the access gates installed at our partner resorts are not equipped to read digital passes / mobile passes. Only the new RFID chip physically integrated into the new pass cards allows access to these gates. The QR code displayed on Magic Pass physical card alone is not sufficient to access our partner resorts.

The spring skiing option grants access to Magic Pass resorts that are still open between March and 30 April for customers who do not yet have a Magic Pass for the current season. It is available on www.magicpass.ch at the end of the season, only when purchasing the new Magic Pass.

No, thermal baths are not included in the standard Magic Pass. The Baths option is a paid add-on that provides access to our partner bath facilities. It can be added at any time from your customer account on www.magicpass.ch, under “My Orders”. Please note that the price of the option increases as the season progresses.

Yes. Log in to your customer account on magicpass.ch, go to “My Orders” and add the option to the subscription(s) of your choice. Payment is made immediately, and the Baths option is valid and loaded onto your Magic Pass straight away (you will not receive a second card).

The Baths option entitles you to one single entry per day and per thermal bath facility. If you wish to access a second facility on the same day, this is only possible 5 hours after the first entry.

Magic Pass provides access to over 100 mountain destinations in Switzerland, France and Italy. The complete and up-do-date list is available on https://www.magicpass.ch/en/stations. Glacier 3000 and the Saas - Fee Metro Alpin are part of the network, but only during the winter season (1 November - 30 April).

Yes. BeMagic is exclusively available to holders of a valid Magic Pass. Without a valid Magic Pass, you cannot register for the BeMagic program.

Signing up for BeMagic only takes 4 simple steps:

Download the Magic Pass app (available on iOS and Android).

Sign in with your Magic Pass account, using the same login details as on www.magicpass.ch. If you don't have an account yet, create one by scanning your Magic Pass (this is especially useful if someone else purchased your Magic Pass for you).

Add your banking details: enter your IBAN (to receive cashback) and register your credit card (to start collecting Magics) in the app.

Enable push notifications so you can receive and activate your cashback offers.

You must first register a credit card. Once this is done, you can also register your debit cards and TWINT accounts. The following payment methods are not accepted: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Smartwatch payments. You must pay directly at the payment terminal using a payment method registered in the app (either contactless or by inserting your card).

You can leave the BeMagic program at any time by removing all your registered payment methods from the app or by deleting your account. Please note when you leave the program, any remaining Magics in your account will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

There are three ways to earn Magics:

Using your Magic Pass: Earn 20 Magics the first time you use your Magic Pass each day (summer and winter), regardless of the resort you visit.

Shopping with BeMagic partners: Earn at least 1 Magic for every CHF 1 spent when paying with a registered payment method. Some partners offer up to 5× more Magics.

Completing challenges: Earn the number of Magics indicated in each challenge description every time you successfully complete a challenge in the app.

The standard earning rate is 1 Magic for every CHF 1 spent. Each partner may choose to offer a higher earning rate, such as 2×, 3×, 4×, or even up to 5× more Magics. Check the "Offers" section in the Magic Pass app to discover the current partner offers.
